I am headed to Lake Champlain to fish the Bassmaster Elite. I am flying out of Wichita on July 10th and will make a stop in Chicago then head to Burlington Vermont. I goofed around toooooo damn long on shipping my tackle and rods but I did get them to the UPS store today and they are on there way, hopefully.
I spent about 4 hours today getting all the tackle and rods I think I might need rounded up and then I had to stop by the hardware store to get a 4" PVC tube to ship the tubes in. I ended up shipping 8 rods (in a tube) and 45lbs of tackle (in a box) at the OMG price of $136 but I didn't want to have the airlines beating it up so that is the choice I made.
I never thought I would have a BLOG.......... now I do, amazing!
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July. We started out having a good fireworks show till the rain started. We thought we might just wait till the rain passed but by that time we were all tired so that idea never happened.
